What is your D.M.O?

A Daily Method of Operation...

Is a plan you have in place on how to tackle each day. There's no hard and fast rule at what that looks like but it helps you stay focused, aligned and hopefully on time.

It can include anything from activities, events, downtime, meal prep, appointments & many more things.

Mine has a mixture of work, exercise, meditation, reading, meal prep & even some quotes & affirmations to keep me going.

The key is to put your D.M.O in a place where you will see it often. That could be a calendar entry, task list or even a printout stuck to your bathroom mirror. Whatever works for you! Eventually, it will become second nature and you should start to feel more in control of your day and less overwhelmed.

Just remember that if you don't stick to it, don't feel guilty. It's a guide. Tomorrow is a new day and a clean state to start again.
